Showcase Kitchen 1

When this East Lothian client wanted to optimise his kitchen space, he called in arguably the best furniture makers in Scotland: us.  We ended up designing the handmade units on the right to be 6 inches narrower than the handmade units on the left.Example 1
This is a small galley kitchen made from pine wood. The units on the right are 6 inches shallower than traditional units, optimising the narrow space without compromising the functionality of the kitchen.

Showcase Kitchen 2

This is an ultra-modern bespoke kitchen design for a client near Edinburgh.  It features 2 specialised curved cupboards, hand-tailored for food and bin storage.Example 1
A very modern bespoke kitchen made from yew and sycamore to create a colour contrast. It features two custom made, curved cupboards (one for food storage and one to the left of the cooker for the bin). This sliding table was built into the chest-of-drawers to maximise the space in the kitchen.

Bespoke furniture makers always use the best timber.  This handmade kitchen is made from spalted beech, sourced in Scotland.Example 1
The brief for this commission was to make a 'cluttered antique kitchen'.  It is made from spalted beech which is what gives the kitchen its traditional look. We are full service cabinet makers near Edinburgh and can therefore supply bespoke kitchen kit as well as finished handmade kitchens.Example 2
We don't just do kitchen units.  We can also supply you with other kitchen kit such as this chopping board and beautifully turned fruit bowl.

The timber for units placed next to ovens is extra dry to prevent shrinkage. A good old-fashioned hardwood kitchen table; a furniture makers favourite (at least, it's a favourite of these Edinburgh furniture makers).Example 4
